Purpose in Practice with Wouter Hart
On Wednesday 22 February 2023 Wouter Hart, the Dutch author of ‘Lost in Control’ joined our online Purpose in Practice event. He shared with us the key concepts and principles from his book and discussed how other organisations have used them to transition to purpose-driven ways of working.
After Wouter's presentation, we reflected on what we had liked and learned, what concerned or challenged us and what further questions we had for Wouter then answered these questions and gave further examples of how organisations have.
What we got out of the evening:
A range of concepts, principles and reflective questions that we could start applying the next day
Practical advice on how we can work in a more purpose-driven way
A desire to learn and do more together to deepen our purpose-driven practice
