Tim Buzza

Tim is obsessed with reimagining work cultures and ways of working so they are more supportive of employee well-being. He has had repeated success delivering large scale Flexible Working programs at ASX50 companies. As Manager Workplace Innovation at IAG Tim was responsible for establishing flexible working across the organisation, including transitioning 70% of contact centre colleagues to work from home. He has also developed a patent pending workforce management solution that empowers frontline workers to manage their own schedules, this solution is having a remarkable impact on employee well-being and business performance.

Jennifer Rhee

Gilbert Kruidenier 

Gilbert Kruidenier, MSc Organisational Culture and Change, has wide-ranging consulting experience and has been engaged with NDS in the ACT and Victoria, on topics such as strategy, change, workforce and governance. Gilbert has been a speaker at the NDS Victoria State Conference and is the author of the NDS interactive resource Fundamentals for Boards.

Alex Carbonetti 

Alex’s experience in learning and development and disability services drives her focus on supporting organisations to develop quality systems and contemporary, person centred practices that deliver outcomes for clients. With over 6 years’ experience in quality auditing, including NDIS audits, Alex has a solid understanding of quality systems and compliance requirements. Her experience with the NDIS commenced while working with a service provider in the Hunter area launch site in 2013.


John McKenna

John has more than 60 years of living experience of having a physical disability, and has worked as an empowerment advocate for over 30 years. He has presented to national and international audiences, and is a media host and producer. John serves on numerous boards that focus on disability, aged care, and health services

Paul Atkins

Paul Atkins, PhD is a facilitator, trainer, executive coach and researcher. He is Visiting Associate Professor at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. Paul's work has been published in the world’s leading management and psychology journals, as well as in two books "Mindfulness in organizations" and "Prosocial: Using evolutionary science to build productive, equitable, and collaborative groups". He is a lead author of the Prosocial process for enhancing productivity, purpose and harmony in self-managing teams. Prosocial is now used by hundreds of facilitators in over 30 countries to enhance teamwork and communication.
