Who We Are

All directors of Purpose at Work have many years of experience consulting with small and large organisations across for-profit and not-for-profit sectors and have undertaken a course with IVS, a leading Dutch institute specialised in self-management.


Yumi Stamet

Yumi Stamet brings extensive experience in workforce development including supporting self-organising teams from both the Netherlands and Australia. She is driven to help create person-centred workplaces focussed on supporting employees to flourish and do their best work.


Alan hough

Dr Alan Hough is an expert in governance and organisational strategy. He has a diverse background, including as a Senior Research Fellow. He has been working with disability organisations to meet the requirements of the Quality and Safeguards Framework without introducing more bureaucracy.


caroline alcorso

Dr Caroline Alcorso is an expert in workforce strategy and planning, focused on making jobs more engaging, and through that improving organisational success. She has a long background in workforce development, workforce planning and workplace relations.
